Ingredients
For the fried rice
- 1 cup cooked rice (preferably cold rice)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4–5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- Spring onion whites
- Handful of fresh basil leaves
- Spring onion greens
- Chilli oil
For the sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
