Method

  1. In a bowl, combine the green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and sweet corn.
  2. Add the peri peri sauce, mayonnaise, peri peri seasoning, garlic powder, oregano, and chilli flakes. Mix everything well until the vegetables are evenly coated.
  3. Taste the mixture and add salt only if required. I skipped it because the peri peri seasoning was flavourful enough.
  4. Take two slices of bread and spread butter on one side of each slice.
