  1. Soak soya mince in hot boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. Squeeze out the excess water completely.
  3. Add salt, mayo, mixed herbs, chilli flakes & peri peri seasoning. Mix well.
  4. Spread peri peri sauce on the wrap/chapathi.
  5. Add the soya filling and top with onion, bell peppers & cabbage.
  6. Grate cheddar cheese on top and fold into half.
  7. Toast on a hot tava, flipping gently on both sides until crispy and the cheese melts.
