  1. Roast the Masala: In a pan, dry roast peanuts, garlic, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and red chillies until aromatic. Turn off the flame and add sesame seeds. Mix well and let it cool. Grind this to a coarse powder.
  2. Prepare Broccoli: In the same pan, heat a tablespoon of oil. Add the finely chopped broccoli. (Tip: Smaller pieces are better for kids!) Add salt, sprinkle a little water, cover, and cook for 1–2 minutes until slightly soft but still green and crunchy.
  3. Add Rice: Add the cooked rice to the broccoli. Try to keep broccoli and rice in equal proportions to make it healthier.
  4. Add Masala: Add the ground masala powder to the broccoli-rice mixture. Mix everything well on low flame until evenly coated.
